A Yaba Chief Magistrate Court, Lagos state, Monday, arraigned a 35-year-old man, Oladele Oladunmoni, who allegedly inserted his fingers into the private part of a three-month-old baby.
The prosecutor, Inspector Rita Momah, told the court that the accused committed the offence on January 18 at his unknown residence.
Moman said Oladunmoni was briefly in contact with the infant when he committed the offence, adding that a medical doctor, who examined the baby, confirmed that the infant was defiled.
