Finally stepping out! Photographed out for the first time since welcoming baby Saint West in December, Kim Kardashian bundled up her post-baby body in a cozy, all-black ensemble for a trip to her doctor's office in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, January 5.
Braving the dropping temps, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 35, slipped into in a furry coat, a hoodie, leggings and booties for the outing. Her new favorite hairstyle — the double French braid — finished the casual outfit. She said during a livestream that she's keeping her hair in braids for months" to get it back in tip-top shape.
