U.N. Climate Change Conference underway in France

The global climate change summit is underway in France and world leaders are gathered to address the coincidental convergence of global warming and terrorism.
Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari says the country has had its own share of the effects of global warming.
Delivering his address at the conference, President Buhari disclosed that the challenges of flood and drought have affected the economy and infrastructure leading to food shortage.
The climate change conference aims for a new deal that puts the world on track to limit global warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius.
After decades of struggling negotiations marked by the failure of a previous summit in Copenhagen six years ago, some form of landmark agreement appears all but assured by mid-December.
The conference takes place in the shadow of a series of deadly attacks claimed by Islamic State that killed 130 people across the capital on November 13
