Nigeria's premium dance platform Wajo, has advocated dance as an export for Africa.
Wajo, seeks to bring Africans together from all ages, young and old, all speaking a common language of dance.
During an event tagged 'A Night of 2 Tales' organised by Wajo at the Freedom Park in Lagos, the story of the evolution of dance from Ancient Greek to Africa was narrated.
The event featured the Ntoroso dance company and the Crown Troupe of Africa.
Dance enthusiasts in attendance said the art of dance in Africa is celebrated across the world and should be explored as export.
They also called for more platforms like Wajo that will celebrate Nigerian and African dances across the world.
